At SaharaCart، نحن نعمل على توصيل طلباتك بأسرع وقت ممكن داخل المملكة العربية السعودية (KSA). توضح هذه السياسة تفاصيل الشحن والتوصيل.

1. Shipping Areas | مناطق الشحن

We currently ship across Saudi Arabia only.
نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع مدن ومناطق المملكة العربية السعودية.

2. Processing Time | وقت تجهيز الطلب

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

يتم تجهيز الطلب بعد تأكيده بنجاح.

3. Delivery Time | مدة التوصيل

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days داخل المدن الرئيسية

  • Remote areas may take longer

مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب شركة الشحن وموقع العميل.

4. Shipping Charges | رسوم الشحن

  • Shipping fees (إن وجدت) are displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) | الدفع عند الاستلام

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas.

6. Order Tracking | تتبع الطلب

  • Once shipped، you will receive tracking details via SMS or email

  • يمكنك تتبع طلبك حتى وصوله

7. Delays & Issues | التأخير والمشاكل

SaharaCart is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect address or phone number

يرجى التأكد من إدخال بيانات صحيحة لتجنب أي تأخير.

8. Failed or Returned Shipments | الشحنات المرتجعة

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.
